This transaction allowed the majority shareholder of Commercial Industrial Manufacturing Ltd. ("CIM") to initiate a succession strategy, all while continuing to participate in the next phase of continued growth and success of the business.
CIM is a privately held metal manufacturing and fabrication business headquartered in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. CIM specializes in fabricating, manufacturing, and refurbishing a variety of truck bodies, trailers and light standards, in addition to upgrading and selling used truck bodies. CIM sells its products to a variety of end markets and industries including agriculture, transportation, construction, and utility providers. The investment by SaskWorks will help position CIM for continued growth and success while upholding their commitment to customer service and product quality.
