Understanding The Canadian Cannabis Act

It's a Post-Cannabis Act Environment

On October 17, 2018, the federal Cannabis Act came into effect, outlining the permitted and prohibited marketing activities in the Canadian cannabis landscape. This means new packaging, marketing campaigns and promotion strategies. The Cannabis Act has left many LPs asking what’s possible in a highly-regulated environment.

To clear the smoke, MNP has partnered with David Perruzza from Rouge Media to address the grey areas of the Act and how to properly navigate through the Canadian cannabis industry.
