Fruit and Vegetables
As Canadians’ desire for health-conscious foods grows, so does the potential for the nation’s fruit and vegetable processing plants and greenhouses. This segment of the food and beverage processing industry benefits from the possibility of diversification — fruits and vegetables are becoming key ingredients in many other processed foods, from juices and soups to frozen meals and healthy snacks. As a result, this $6-billion industry is poised to grow more quickly than ever.
Industry growth leads to more opportunity, attracting more processors than ever. Innovation is as important as ensuring your existing operations are optimized and your current produce line as is good as it can be. We help you enhance your fruit and vegetable processing business so you can focus on what’s next.
