Brittany is a member of MNP’s Valuations and Litigation Support Services team. With more than a decade of accounting experience, Brittany leads the audit assistance and financial reporting portion of MNP’s valuations practice in Calgary, working with internal and external clients to review and prepare fair value analysis, impairment assessments, and purchase price allocations as required for financial reporting purposes.

Brittany has been involved in valuation and litigation support since 2014, and before that was a manager in MNP’s public company audit group. She has significant experience in preparing business valuations and fair value analysis for small-to large-capital businesses in a variety of industries, as well as for publicly traded companies. 

Brittany prepares business valuations for a variety of purposes, including tax planning, corporate reorganizations, matrimonial and estate proceedings, and shareholder disputes. She authors expert reports relied on in private mediation, arbitration, and settlement negotiations. She is qualified as an expert in business valuations in the Court of Queen’s Bench of Saskatchewan.

Brittany earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in accounting from Athabasca University in 2009. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2011 and a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) in 2016.
