Daina is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Kelowna. She brings two decades of experience as a human resources professional to her role, with a strong focus on strategic, collaborative solutions.

Daina works closely with a wide range of clients — including start-ups, manufacturing companies, and Indigenous organizations. She helps her clients strengthen their human resources practices in ways that are culturally aligned, sustainable, and grounded in mutual respect. She takes a people-supporting-people approach, ensuring that all solutions reflect and reinforce each organization’s unique culture, values, and long-term vision.

Known for her collaborative style and commitment to fostering environments of excellence and trust, Daina helps organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent while achieving their strategic objectives.

Daina holds a Human Resource Management Diploma from MacEwan University (2017) and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
