Leslie McConnell, CPA, CGA, is a Partner and MNP’s Farm Income Stabilization Programs Leader for British Columbia. As an experienced specialist in the AgriStability and AgriInvest programs, Leslie helps farmers complete the application process and ensure they receive the greatest benefits possible.

Leslie draws on her knowledge of the agriculture sector to deliver a broad range of business services and industry-specific advice to help her clients succeed. In addition, she helps her clients transition their businesses to the next generation by assisting with succession and tax planning.

While Leslie specializes in helping agriculture-related clients and businesses, she also provides accounting, tax planning and business advisory services to a diverse group of small to mid-sized businesses from all sectors of B.C.’s economy. With more than 14 years of experience in public practice, she listens to her clients’ needs and works collaboratively to find solutions to their business and succession issues.

Leslie is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CGA) who qualified in 2003. She was a member of the Board of Directors for the Abbotsford Hospice Society for eight years and is a past president of the Rotary Club of Abbotsford.
