Norman is a member of MNP’s Professional Services team in Ottawa. With three decades of experience, he works closely with small and mid-sized businesses, owner-operated businesses, and professional practices in a variety of industries. Accessible, dependable, and a good communicator, he delivers customized tax and accounting solutions to meet his clients’ goals, grow their business, and allow them to enjoy their lives more by helping them save both money and time.

Norman helps legal and health care professionals — including physicians, dentists, chiropractors, naturopaths, and many other small business owners; and privately and publicly held companies in the software development, office furniture sales, construction, and health care sectors. He keeps corporate clients compliant with various tax filings, which extends into their personal tax matters. He works closely with clients and other advisors to develop comprehensive tax and financial plans, such as personal pension plans for physicians.

Prior to joining MNP, Norman headed up his own accounting firm for more than a decade.

Norman earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from Laurentian University in 1988. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Certified General Accountant (CGA) in 1995.
