Shawnee is a member of MNP’s Consulting Services team in Kelowna. With more than three decades of workplace, talent management, and organizational culture experience, Shawnee helps leaders build better organizations through their people, across Canada and internationally.

Shawnee delivers creative, practical, strategic human resources services and solutions to family businesses, startups, and small- and medium-sized organizations in a wide range of industries. She works closely with organizations in the manufacturing, construction, real estate, tourism, hospitality, agriculture, technology, healthcare and dental, Indigenous, education, retail, not-for-profit, and other sectors.

Shawnee supports her clients’ success through customized talent management, culture and engagement, organizational development, and people advice and practices. Her services include recruitment and onboarding, performance management, training and development, skills development training, coaching, change management, succession planning, and more.

Prior to joining MNP, Shawnee led her own consulting practice and prior to that held progressive leadership roles in the corporate world.

Shawnee graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) in human resources management in 1993. She earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads University in 2023. Shawnee is also a Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, an Emotional Intelligence (Eqi.2.0) Facilitator and coach, a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC). She is a regular speaker at conferences, professional associations, and business events.

Shawnee is also a board member of Alpine Helicopters, offering business oversight and strategic guidance.
